Terms of Service

Wick ("we", "us") provides this service. By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.
What the service is
Wick generates video from a text description using third-party AI models. You buy prepaid tokens and spend them on generations. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Note
Tokens are prepaid credits for using this service. They are not money, not a currency, not a security, and cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash. Purchases are final; the only exception is described in the refund policy (technical failures return their tokens automatically).
What a generation costs
The exact token cost is shown before you generate, and that number is final. Cost depends on duration, resolution, whether you add native audio, how many references you attach, and whether you keep the clip private.

Pack prices may change at any time. A change never affects tokens you already bought.
How tokens are held and spent
- Starting a generation holds the tokens. It does not spend them.
- Tokens are only spent when the generation finishes successfully.
- If it fails or is blocked by moderation, the tokens are returned in full.
- Returned tokens go back to the batch they came from, keeping that batch’s original expiry date.
Careful
Tokens expire 30 days after purchase. Generations always spend from the batch expiring soonest. If a batch has already expired, tokens held against it are not recovered.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Wick.
- One person, one account. Creating accounts to claim welcome tokens repeatedly is abuse and ends in termination.
- You are responsible for your password and for what happens under your account.
- Adult content requires separate age verification and must be enabled explicitly.
What you may not generate
Generations pass through the model provider’s filters. The following is refused regardless of your account settings, and attempting it may end your account:
- Any sexual content involving minors.
- Likenesses of real people without their consent.
- Content impersonating identities in order to deceive.
- Graphic violence, self-harm, or incitement to hatred.
- Anything illegal where you are, or where it will be published.
Forbidden
Classifying your own content is your responsibility. You confirm this on every generation. Breaking these rules closes the account with no refund of unused tokens.
Content involving real people
If you upload or reference the image, face or likeness of a real person, you declare that the person is you, or that you have their explicit consent. Obtaining that consent is entirely your responsibility — Wick is a tool and cannot verify whose face is in an image.
- Never sexual, intimate, degrading or false depictions of a real person without their explicit consent.
- Never images of minors, in any form. Detection means immediate termination, preservation of evidence, and a report to the competent authorities.
- No public figures or brands used to impersonate, deceive, or imply an endorsement that does not exist.
Responsibility for what you create
If a third party brings a claim against Wick because of content you generated or published — image rights, intellectual property, defamation — that responsibility and its costs are yours, and you agree to hold Wick harmless from them.
Who owns what you generate
You own the clips you generate and may use them commercially. We claim no rights over them. You keep responsibility for what you generate and for how you use it. Clips are produced by third-party AI models; where a model provider attaches conditions to its output, those conditions apply to you as well.
If you mark a clip as public it appears in Community, signed with your account name, and other users can see it. You can withdraw it at any time from your library. Withdrawal stops new views; it cannot retrieve copies already downloaded by others.
Availability
The service is provided as is, without warranties. We do not promise uninterrupted service. The generation models are operated by a third party and can be slow, degraded, unavailable, or produce unexpected results. When a generation fails for any reason, your tokens come back — that is the guarantee we can actually make.
Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time from your account page. Deleting removes your generations, your assets and your unused tokens, with no refund. We keep your movement history in anonymised form because it is accounting record.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used for fraud, or that charges back a legitimate payment.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or consequences of content you chose to generate or publish.
