Privacy Policy

This explains what Wick collects when you use Wick, why, and who else sees it. It describes what the software actually does.
What we collect

We do not run advertising, we do not sell your data, and we do not profile you for third parties.
Who else processes it
Running the service means other companies handle parts of your data:

Careful
Your prompts are sent to the model provider to generate the video. Do not put personal or confidential information in a prompt.
Who can see your clips
- Private by default: only you.
- If you mark a clip as public it appears in Community and any signed-in user can see it, together with your account name. Your email address is never shown.
- Private adult clips are visible only to you, with 18+ mode enabled. If you publish an adult clip to Community, it is visible only to signed-in users who have verified their age and enabled 18+ mode — never to anonymous visitors.
- Every request for a file checks these rules. There are no unguessable public links that bypass them.
Cookies
We use one session cookie to keep you signed in, and a preference for your language. No advertising or analytics cookies, which is why you are not being asked to accept anything.
How long we keep it
- Your generations and assets: until you delete them or delete your account.
- Your account: until you delete it.
- Token movements: kept in anonymised form after account deletion, because they are accounting record.
- Verification links: 24 hours.
Your rights
You can see your data in the product and delete your account yourself from your account page — that is immediate and does not require asking us. For anything else, including a copy of your data, write to support@getwick.video.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we will say so in the product before it takes effect.
